Location: Lions Park in Coquitlam, Coquitlam River

Salmons are coming back to their birthplaces in Coquitlam river with this fall. It is mysterious but a little bit sad watching their fight against the long journey.

Found this music box in a giftshop unintentionally. It looked simple, but anyone who has been in Vancouver will be surprised at how amazing it is simplified and packed in this small space. Relative places and features are realistic.  With this, you can take a tour of Vancouver in 5 minutes.

Welcome back to nature.

Leaving my tight daily life and walking into nature, you get to realize that you are a part of nature and haven't looked back your life. Nature whispers to live modestly and embrace you're a part of it not alone. Welcome back to nature.

British Columbia is the kingdom of abundance. Where glaciated mountains stand over an unruly Pacific. Rainforests wrap cities. Nature shapes culture.

We had a visitor today, a blue heron, in the backyard. My unit's terrace faces the forest, and wild animals or birds visit this small place often. Squirrels, raccoons, hummingbirds come usually, and salmons will go upstream soon. My wife is very keen and found this guy first. I quickly brought a camera to take a photo of him. It looks cute and well grown.

Squamish - Sea to SKY Gondola

The summit of Sea-toSky is one of the best places to have a good landscape view. You can see the Gondola entrance while driving toward Squamish from Vancouver for about an hour. It takes 10 to 15 minutes from the base to the summit. Some people are climbing the mountain on foot. You can choose one-way option to climb the hill and get down onboard the gondola. Once you arrive at the summit, beautiful light blue sea shoreline catches your eyes. After spending some time at sightseeing, you can grab some light food at the summit lodge. Also, it is a good idea to take a walk in the trails starting from the summit.
